We were very impressed with all the transactions Taylor & Strong had done with us on the purchase and sale of our homes in Dunedin. Liaising mostly remotely via online channels as we were based in Singapore during the sales activities only showed how incredibly detail-oriented and competent they were. Taylor & Strong showcased our Moreau Street home in such a pristine manner (via their marketing packages like home staging etc.) and was very swift with the negotiations with the potential buyers when we had met in person. Time was of essence when dealing with the team and they delivered efficiently and was a real pleasure to work with. Living in the UK, trying to sell my fathers house in Dunedin was a daunting process. I chose NIDD from 3 potential estate agents. Chris, Pete and the team took on the job and kept in touch with me on a regular basis. If I ever had to call them it, due to the time difference, it was usually outside business hours but they were always contactable and still happy to have a conversation. The property valuation proved to be accurate and their prices are competitive. The advice they gave and their positive attitude meant that the sale process went smoothly and reasonably quickly. We were looking for a house for about 3 months and met many agents around Dunedin putting multiple offers in during that time.
