We purchased our property through Taylor and Strong and were impressed with every interaction that we had with their agents. All of our requests during the purchasing process were met, including private viewings and access for building inspections. Taylor and Strong were consistently clear in all means of communication during the process of purchasing our home. We were also impressed with their level of support and guidance before and after the deal was confirmed.

It was so great to deal with Taylor & Strong for the sale of our property. The photos and video did an awesome job of marketing the property and the team kept us feeling well informed throughout the process. The whole process was quicker and smoother than we were expecting for the sale of our first home. Taylor & Strong also gave us some great contacts for some minor maintenance that we wanted to do on the property before listing which was a huge help.

Taylor and Strong went above and beyond the work they put it was extremely helpful and the advice was great couldn’t have asked for a better team to sell my house. the knowledge of the market and the movement's its making they have was great and sound, they offer up great advice but will take on feed back and support any choices you make. highly recommend Taylor and Strong if your looking for a sales team to get the best results

It was an awesome experience to work with Taylor and Strong. They would always answered our inquiries and won't hesitate to explain things thoroughly when we don't understand. Taylor and Strong listened to our concerns and would provide a magnificent effort to help us. Thank you so much for helping us getting our first home! Highly recommended you two, Taylor and Strong! Much appreciated.

I unexpectedly became the executor of an estate and thus had to sell a house remotely. My opinion of real estate agents(REA) is generally pretty low. However Taylor & Strong thoroughly impressed me, I came to them after a less than stellar experience with another REA. The initial signup process was quick and easy through the use of electronic signatures and digital workflows. They were familiar with the requirements involved with estate sales and communicated well through emails, keeping me up to date with each step in the process. Taylor and Strong managed getting the house up to sale condition. Achieving this required project management of multiple tradespeople that they were obviously on good terms with to get work done in short time frames. It is hard to objectively judge the end sale price as there are too many variables involved, but we did end up with a higher sale price than the previous REA was predicting.

“Taylor and strong “ were professional and helpful in the process

Taylor and Strong are a fantastic team! They communicated well with regular updates. Not only were they friendly but also very easy to deal with. We appreciated their dedication and advice and would highly recommend them to any buyer or seller. They went over and above of our expectations. Thank you for making our selling experience such a positive one.

It is my privilege to write a review for Taylor & Strong. In all my dealings with Taylor & Strong they were extremely professional. Their integrity, honesty, communication skills, assistance with contractors, availability to answer any questions at any time, streamlined the selling process of my property. I highly recommend Taylor & Strong to anyone considering selling property.

I cannot recommend Chris & Pete from Taylor & Strong enough. They guided my wife and I through our first house sale expertly and made us feel at ease through the entire process. Their communication was excellent and both were happy to field questions or phone calls at anytime of the day. In what is definitely a difficult market to navigate they were open & honest with what approach we should be taking with the sale & price and we definitely appreciated their transparency through the whole process. We are absolutely stoked with the result from the sale of our house and would work with Taylor & Strong again in a heartbeat.

Taylor and Strong were great to deal with the whole process of buying our first home, always open for a call or text and even to be at the property last minute. Great communication the whole time and always honest and open about the house itself and what was happening in the buying process. The best agent we dealt with!

I listed my property with Taylor and Strong from my home in South Australia. Communication from the pair was excellent, with them happy to chat or jump on a video call as required. They helped me get my property ready for sale by assisting with managing contractors, which was a godsend given I’m a couple of time zones away. We listed at a tricky time in the market, with rising interest rates and a fair bit of uncertainty. Nonetheless, we managed to get the property sold at a decent price in what I understand to be a difficult market. I’m happy to recommend, and would use Taylor and Strong again.

From first contact to last, Taylor and Strong made finding the right property, viewing it at my convenience and then buying it, really easy. I was never hurried, patronised nor treated with anything less than professionalism and respect. I'm delighted with the outcome and would heartily recommend the Taylor and Strong team.
