I unexpectedly became the executor of an estate and thus had to sell a house remotely. My opinion of real estate agents(REA) is generally pretty low. However Taylor & Strong thoroughly impressed me, I came to them after a less than stellar experience with another REA. The initial signup process was quick and easy through the use of electronic signatures and digital workflows. They were familiar with the requirements involved with estate sales and communicated well through emails, keeping me up to date with each step in the process. Taylor and Strong managed getting the house up to sale condition. Achieving this required project management of multiple tradespeople that they were obviously on good terms with to get work done in short time frames. It is hard to objectively judge the end sale price as there are too many variables involved, but we did end up with a higher sale price than the previous REA was predicting.
Taylor and Strong are a fantastic team! They communicated well with regular updates. Not only were they friendly but also very easy to deal with. We appreciated their dedication and advice and would highly recommend them to any buyer or seller. They went over and above of our expectations. I listed my property with Taylor and Strong from my home in South Australia. Communication from the pair was excellent, with them happy to chat or jump on a video call as required. They helped me get my property ready for sale by assisting with managing contractors, which was a godsend given I’m a couple of time zones away. We listed at a tricky time in the market, with rising interest rates and a fair bit of uncertainty. Nonetheless, we managed to get the property sold at a decent price in what I understand to be a difficult market. I’m happy to recommend, and would use Taylor and Strong again.
