We met Chris when we advertised our flat looking for new tenants. We had been considering selling for a year or two, but as we don’t live in Christchurch we hadn’t realised the market had heated up so much. We leased it to excellent tenants for a year then decided to sell. Chris has been absolutely marvellous.
