Hi to Everyone reading this review. Firstly, Chris has worked extra hard for me and I mean it when I say the extra mile with a smile! Chris was a positive, gracious man. If something isn’t working he checks out why. Then makes it work! I believe Chris has the X factor as a real estate person. He was a pleasure to work with and I would unreservedly recommend him to you. If you want something sold well, ask Chris. He’s genuine , trustworthy and will have your best interests at heart.

Chris was a good communicator and also very professional. He helped us achieve a good price for our property and found us another lovely property to purchase.

As a First-time home buyer, we did some research beforehand, but Chris Phillips made the process go so smoothly, and it was a pleasure to work with him. If you are thinking of selling your house, you need Chris, as the rest are not at his standards, level of expertise or as hard working. From the moment we met Chris, we knew he was exactly what we needed. He gave us accurate advice and told us what we needed to do in order to sell our property. Not only did he have all the information we needed, Chris and Annie offered furniture, and they didn't mind meeting with us around our family and work lives, they kept in constant communication when anything happened around the house sale. This market is not an easy task but our house was on the market for just over a month and it was all done, and I don't think anyone else could have done it. Chris didn't stop there. We were the buyer of a property in Rolleston where Chris Phillips was the real estate agent. Chris has an easy-going style allowing us to work through the option at our own speed. He was informative not only on the property but on the surrounds which was of great value to us given we are not from the area. The negotiations went well with minimal fuss. He was able to sort with the vendor some minor issues that came up in the building report. We would highly recommend Chris to any vendor selling or as in our case from a buyer's perspective because of his knowledge, openness and working to get an equitable deal completed.

Chris was amazing. He was there for us every step of the way. Chris pointed us in the right direction of work that needed to be done to get our best price and he was hands on insofar as helping us with hanging curtains to assisting our first time buyers with their insurance. From the very first meeting Chis explained the process and gave me all the options that I had. He also explained the advantages and disadvantages of all the options. He then put in a tremendous effort to show my home in the best light so the purchaser knew exactly what they were getting. The auction was great and well organised even though it was on site and then Chris followed through with all parties until the sale was completed. Chris understood the market condition very well and the property sold for pretty much what he suggested. His understanding of the sales process and all the legal parts of that were very good and he was able to explain them in plain language. Nothing seemed to be a problem and Chris followed up all aspects of the process and sale promptly which meant we knew exactly what was going on at all times. Not once did I feel we selected the wrong agent to sell our property.

We met Chris when we advertised our flat looking for new tenants. We had been considering selling for a year or two, but as we don’t live in Christchurch we hadn’t realised the market had heated up so much. We leased it to excellent tenants for a year then decided to sell. Chris has been absolutely marvellous. He did a great job of marketing and we had 5 offers in the end most of which were right up there. He has been at the flat for various inspections to save us a long drive, and has worked in brilliantly with the tenants.
