We were the buyer of a property in Rolleston where Chris Phillips was the real estate agent. Chris has an easy-going style allowing us to work through the option at our own speed. He was informative not only on the property but on the surrounds which was of great value to us given we are not from the area. The negotiations went well with minimal fuss. He was able to sort with the vendor some minor issues that came up in the building report.
