Great Communicator

What stood out most for us was Chris's communication. It was our first time selling a house and Chris was great at explaining everything we needed and the process we would be following. He was super responsive to queries and very easy to get hold of. We were selling in a difficult market and Chris did a wonderful job of getting our house out there and visible to potential buyers. He was honest with the market situation and guided us deftly through any decisions we needed to make. We really enjoyed engaging with Chris and would recommend him to others in a heartbeat.
