Kind, honest and personable

When we initially planned to list our house we already had another agent in mind. But our situation found us in a complex situation as buyers and Chris was always prompt, honest and had great open communication with us as buyers and we knew we wanted the same for our purchasers after months of being treated like less than by other agents. It felt like a no-brainer when we asked him to list our place. We never guessed our sale and purchase would be so complex, and Chris continued to uphold these values, even our lawyer commented on how impressed she was with him and his detail oriented nature. We're so happy we decided to list with him and really appreciated him time and guidance through a particularly stressful period, with a toddler, grumpy husband and pregnant stressed wife.
