Chris was very good at explaining in a very clear manor the different options we had for selling our property. He constantly updated us as our tender went along, communication he has in bucket loads. His knowledge of all things always astounded us, it was like is there anything he doesn't know and we always sensed his integrity and honesty which was important. We felt he got us the best deal while being in a flat market. It amazed us that he would have 2 open homes in the weekend while others only seemed to go with one and we wondered if he ever slept, always on the go LOL He certainly changed our view of what a real estate agent does as he worked very hard for us. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. No rest for Chris as we wait for him to get us our next home.
