Chris is outstanding at his job, in terms of expert knowledge of the business, up to date knowledge of the area and market, and perhaps more importantly, a great strategist and tactician in the art of listing, marketing, promoting and selling. Great attention to detail: he covers absolutely everything. Every practical step was timed to perfection and kept to schedule. Great communicator, with instant replies. Very professional. And a darn nice chap!

Chris is very friendly and easy to talk to. He kept me well informed of progress. He showed good knowledge of the market and gave good advice.

Chris has been really helpful with market comparisons, assisting us to prepare the property for sale and open homes and took the stress out of the process as a whole.

This guy pretends to be a human but he is not. He is a Robot !!! Not even my computer works so reliably and accurately. Chris, with your discipline and your work ethic, I am not surprised you are the NUMBER ONE. I like your top-class professionalism but more than that I really like your FAIRNESS, not only to us as your vendors, but also to the potential purchasers and all the contractors who were involved in this property transaction. Actually, this is when I realised you must be a human and not a Robot. Well done Chris. Great work. Thank you !!!

The most amazing and efficient sale agent that I have dealt with, couldn't recommend Chris and his team high enough. Supported me all the way with great advice and knowledge. Quick result with no issues would definitely use Chris and his team again .

We could not recommend Chris high enough. The level of professionalism and knowledge Chris brought to the table was second to none. From first meeting Chris we knew that he was the best agent to represent us to secure the best price for the sale of our property and that he did. Chris was friendly and approachable at all times and was able to assist us with valuable feedback and guide us through the sale of our property with comfort and ease. Thank you Chris.

Chris was well presented and very informative about the Wellington market which we did not know much about as we are from Christchurch. We choose Chris because of his enthusiasm and drive. His communication was excellent and he kept us informed every step of the way. We found Chris to be passionate about Real Estate and driven to get us the best price.

Chris really inspires confidence. He is very personally involved and communicates regularly. He thoroughly understands how the sales process works and explains it very clearly. We felt in good hands, and I would highly recommend him.

Selling an established family home of 20 years, I thought would be a daunting experience, having no idea of where to start. I saw Chris’s advertisement on a billboard, contacted him. From there the whole experience was seamless. Chris was professional, had a great knowledge of my area and what my requirements we’re! But mostly I found Chris to be friendly, kind, and patient, which to me put a human side to the whole process! He also got me a great price for my home. I would certainly highly recommend Chris for any realestate requirements!

Chris’ understanding of the psychology of buying and selling enabled him to achieve an outstanding sale price for us. Thanks!

Chris is fantastic. We found him to be the most open and transparent estate agent we've met. We loved flexible approach to the commission structure. Also the fact he was willing to 'put skin in the game' at the beginning. We liked his approach to selling our property and basically just sat back and let him do his thing. He kept us well informed and things were pretty stress free. His approach worked fantastically and needless to say, it all worked out brilliantly. We are stoked with the price we got for our house. We would happily recommend Chris as an agent and hope to use him again at some stage in the future.
