Chloe was lovely to deal with, she took the stress out of our house sale. She had good knowledge of all the new current legal requirements making the sale easy to follow, by answering all questions we had and some we didn't know we should ask. Her market knowledge meant we could make informed decisions on price and feel comfortable with them. The current climate of a depressed market there was no pressure to accept her advice, which is a great asset when already faced with difficult decisions, about adjustment of expectation. The whole process was carried out professionally and efficiently. We would highly recommend anyone give her the opportunity to be your agent.

My wife and I were a little daunted by it all. Buying a house is one thing…buying in an unfamiliar area makes you a little nervous. Chloe and Yvonne made the experience easier. They were helpful regarding our questions…of which there were many and got back to us in good time despite being after hours, weekends or even public holidays. Questions need answering promptly and Chloe displayed maturity beyond her young years, helping us out whenever required. Helpful advice was also appreciated at times. Toward the end of the process, we were given a congratulatory gift by Chloe and her mum. Sometimes it’s the little things that give you a good feeling about people👍.
