Chico is kind and honest as an agent, he offered warm and professional service to my purchase. I'll recommend him.

Chico is one of the nicest guys you will meet! He is so genuine, a great communicator, and extremely easy to deal with. Chico recently helped us purchase our new home and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Thank you for going above and beyond for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, highly recommend for all your real estate needs.

Chico was extremely professional and knew the market well. He was very pleasant to work with and helped me through this very stressful time in a very calm manner.

Chico was great in helping me stay on-track to prepare, improve and finish all issues to sell the house in time. He outlaid clear focus points, maintained consistent reviews and was at all stages encouraging of getting things up to scratch Thanks again Chico, for helping us get a good sale!

Our experience with Chico was excellent. Chico was highly professional, great communication, plus prompt to respond to any queries. We felt Chico always kept us updated and engaged throughout the purchase with a high level of intgerity for all parties.

I had the opportunity to purchase another property at a time when the Auckland market had changed into very much a buyers market but it was timely for me to move on. Chico Timoti was immediately on board with discussing my options and preparing a marketing proposal for the property. Throughout the whole process of open homes and viewings Chico was very professional keeping in regular contact with me and was open and honest with both positive and negative feedback he received about the property. Throughout the whole process of selling the property he was very supportive and provided advice and assistance. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I happily recommend Chico, to anyone looking for an agent to sell their property.

Chico did an awesome job at every step of the process in selling our property. Given that we live in Christchurch, Chico facilitated a lot of pre-listing maintenance that was required on the property as it had been a rental for a number of years prior to listing. This included organising new carpet, exterior maintenance and painting, interior painting and minor repairs, waterblasting the driveway, gardening and cleaning. I would have no hesitation engaging Chico again, should the need arise.....or recommending him to anyone looking for a quality agent for their real estate needs.

Chico sold our property in Murrays Bay in 2018. At the time we were not living in Auckland and Chico was amazing. He was communicative at all times, and was fantastic at explaining the timelines and approach to the sale that he recommended. He kept us up to date constantly with how the promotion was going. Our property was tenanted at the time of sale, and Chico was amazing in communicating with our tenant and keeping her happy while we had open homes and viewings. He even added his own touches when the property was photographed and it looked amazing! I cannot recommend Chico enough, he made the entire process easy for us, and the end result was excellent.

When Chico originally assessed our house, he had some good ideas on the remodeling I wanted to do - what was worth the time and money, and what wasn't. He researched and presented many recent sales in the area to give us a good idea what our house was worth in the current market. I think one of the key aspects was his realistic pricing of the house. He gave good examples and good reasoning for his estimation of where the market stood. He next clearly explained the process of marketing and laid out a time table which helped me organize the remodelling. He met with us regularly to stay in touch and check on progress. We had one consent issue which he found in the LIM and spent a fair amount of time dealing with as I was unavailable to do so. He had four weeks of open homes finishing off with an on site auction on the last day. In a somewhat softening market, we ended up getting a very good price. Throughout our association with Chico, he was always very punctual, friendly, informative, very well dressed and pleasant. I can highly recommend Chico Timoti as a real estate agent. Chico successfully sold my property in Mairangi Bay and I could not have engaged a more proficient Real Estate agent than him. He managed many Tradies related tasks and kept a positive edge over the months it took to complete each task. His guidance in his known industry was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend him for listings or viewing homes. A big thank you Chico! Paula Kitchener
