I approached 3 separate Real Estate Agents for a sale and marketing appraisal. Within 24 Hours Chico was at my house with a complete marketing proposal which included a marketing plan, costs, strategy, time frame and implementation. He also strongly recommended that the property be staged to attract more prospective purchasers and further enhance the full selling potential of the property.
