To anyone looking for an honest and reliable Real Estate Agent that goes above and beyond the normal call of duty. On the Thursday before the Easter weekend I decided to sell my last property. I approached 3 separate Real Estate Agents for a sale and marketing appraisal. Within 24 Hours Chico was at my house with a complete marketing proposal which included a marketing plan, costs, strategy, time frame and implementation. He also strongly recommended that the property be staged to attract more prospective purchasers and further enhance the full selling potential of the property. He arranged open home viewings and on completion he would phone me to advise on the progress. Following the open homes, he would contact the prospects to gauge their reaction. On the morning before our settlement date, we had an emergency and were advised that a sewer mains had blocked and our section had flooded.
