We first met Chico when viewing an open home. He made contact with us shortly thereafter and we were impressed at how thorough he was at following up potential interest. We decided to list with him for that reason but also because both him and his colleague Troy Flavell were extremely helpful in furnishing us with tradesmen to do finishing touches before our property went to market. They reassured us our home would be sold in 3 and a half weeks, and yes, within 3 and a half weeks it was sold!
