We first met Chico when viewing an open home. He made contact with us shortly thereafter and we were impressed at how thorough he was at following up potential interest. Chico guided us gently at all steps of the selling process and we felt that we were kept informed throughout. Nothing seemed too much trouble. As two examples; Chico arranged a builder to assist with council requirements and co-ordinated the steps to obtaining the required compliance and he organised the staging for the photography and viewings.
