After selling our investment property Chico has helped us find our new forever home. Chico made himself available for multiple house showings and multiple inspections outside of viewing times. Chico handled endless phone calls and emails to ensure we got the answers we needed and did this all with positivity, professionalism and a love of property. He is very personable, ensured we were 100% satisfied before putting pen to paper and negotiates well. My wife and I highly recommend Chico when selling and looking for property.

As first time buyers, Chico made this experience as smooth and seamless as possible for us. Constantly available to answer our questions and guide us through the process of buying our home. Nothing was too much trouble - thanks Chico!

Chico Timoti is an honest, trustworthy and hard-working agent. From our initial meetings and discussions Chico was approachable, informed and attentive to our requirements when selling our property. We were well informed throughout the journey. He listened to what our wants and needs were and delivered exceptional marketing, staging, open home updates and in the end, results. I would highly recommend Chico when dealing in selling or purchasing a home.

We recently sold our home at 2/68 Beulah Avenue, and we couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Chico Timoti. From the moment we met, we knew we were in good hands. Chico didn’t just treat us like clients – he treated us like family, always going the extra mile to ensure we felt confident and supported throughout the entire process. Selling a home is sometimes stressful, but Chico made it feel easy. His knowledge of the East Coast Bays market was invaluable, but what really stood out was his unwavering commitment to making sure everything was perfect. Whether it was arranging last-minute viewings, providing helpful advice on staging and pre-selling renovations, personally leaf blowing the driveway before each visit, working long hours to align with our time zone changes or simply checking in to see how we were feeling, he was always there whenever we needed. We were blown away by the care and attention to detail he showed, from creating beautiful marketing materials to attracting a steady stream of interested buyers. His negotiation skills were truly impressive, and thanks to his hard work, we ended up with a sale price that far exceeded our expectations. What made the biggest difference, though, was how much he genuinely cared about our needs. Chico made us feel like more than just another listing, always putting our best interests first, and laughing with us along the way. We are so grateful for his incredible dedication, warmth, kindness and professionalism. If you’re looking for an agent who will go above and beyond, and treat you like a life long friend - Chico is the one. We can’t recommend him highly enough and will forever be grateful.

Chico is a very genuine agent. He works hard for the benefit of his buyer and also very fast and responsive. If you want a good agent who has your best interest at heart, Chico is definitely a great choice.

My experience with Chico Timoti from Harcourts Cooper & Co in purchasing my new home was nothing short of remarkable. Having witnessed Chico's exceptional service firsthand when he assisted my parents with selling their home earlier this year, it was a natural decision for my fiancé and I to turn to him when we were ready to buy. Chico's deep understanding of the real estate market and his proactive approach were evident from the start. He managed to find us a fantastic home that wasn’t even listed on the market yet, presenting us with a unique opportunity that we couldn't pass up. The deal he facilitated was incredibly favourable, with the vendor eager to sell, allowing us to secure the property at auction for well below market value. Throughout the purchasing process, Chico was thoroughly professional, extremely responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. His ability to navigate and negotiate complex situations made a typically stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome and the exemplary level of service provided by Chico. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home, as his dedication and expertise are truly top-notch."

We recently bought our first house and Chico helped navigate us on our journey. We worked with Chico in buying our first home. He understood our requirements and budget and found us our home and was with us every step of the way. We highly recommend Chico and look forward with working with him again in the future.

Working with Chico Timoti was a truly outstanding experience. From the start, Chico demonstrated his dedication and expertise by taking the time to fully understand our specific situation. His approach was not only professional but also highly personable, making the entire process of selling our home a pleasure. Our property was a rental under lease to Housing New Zealand, which could have complicated the sale. However, Chico expertly navigated this by reassuring the tenant that her living situation would remain unchanged under the new ownership. This thoughtful management allowed us to conduct open homes smoothly and without any tenant issues. Chico's communication was exemplary throughout the process. He kept us regularly informed with every development, ensuring we were never out of the loop. His negotiation skills were particularly impressive; he managed to secure offers that exceeded our expectations, enhancing the overall success of our sale. I am thoroughly pleased with the results Chico delivered and his unwavering support throughout our journey. I look forward to partnering with him again for any future real estate needs and highly recommend his services to anyone looking to achieve exceptional results in real estate.

Chico was always giving us the right advice, he connected us with the right people too, making this whole process of sale very pleasant experience even though we were overseas.
