They were very relaxed, yet knowledgeable and efficient. This was a particular sad time as we had lost my sister the year before but the team worked with us always demonstrating empathy to the family. There were several challenges during the sale of the unit but they overcome these with a great result in a challenging market. The teams communication was first rate, they always followed up after open homes and consulted regularly with the family on matters pertaining to marketing the property to get the final sale. We found the team honest, transparent and thoroughly reliable. If I was in the future to be in a position to either purchase or sell another property I would certainly be working with Jackie, Jane and Chelsea.
