Making the First-Home Buying Process Easy
Being a first home buyer, I came into the process with very little knowledge and a lot of uncertainty. Honest, transparent and thoroughly reliable
The team of Jackie, Jane and Chelsea from Harcourts Devonport were asked to sell my sister’s unit in Vauxhall road, Devonport in 2026 and they provided a service second to none. They were very relaxed, yet knowledgeable and efficient. This was a particular sad time as we had lost my sister the year before but the team worked with us always demonstrating empathy to the family. There were several challenges during the sale of the unit but they overcome these with a great result in a challenging market. The teams communication was first rate, they always followed up after open homes and consulted regularly with the family on matters pertaining to marketing the property to get the final sale. We found the team honest, transparent and thoroughly reliable. If I was in the future to be in a position to either purchase or sell another property I would certainly be working with Jackie, Jane and Chelsea. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any future authority.
