From there, she sourced and navigated a buyer universe emerging from covid and managed a seamless experience despite hiccups along the way. She and her partner were excellent in helping me to manage the sale remotely, including preparing the house for sale - down to getting a missing completion certificate for a bathroom renovation using their contacts at Council. Her judgement, patience and willing to work with my agenda, even as that changed halfway through showed her commitment to having an excellent relationship first.
