We had an amazing experience working with Charlotte, to purchase our first home. She is incredibly approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the people she works with, which really shows throughout the whole process. What stood out most was how easy she made everything feel. Communication was always clear and timely, and we felt supported every step of the way. By the end, she honestly felt more like a friend than just our agent. We’ve now moved in and are starting to make the house our home, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything came together.
