Everyone should use Charlotte!!!

I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better agent and therefore I don't know how to sum this experience up in 2000 words... Charlotte is warm, honest, incredibly hardworking and just an all round wonderful person to deal with. She’s one of those rare people who when you meet her, you want to be her friend! Can we? I met Charlotte when I was on a viewing for a home she was selling. And I immediately liked her, so when I was putting my apartment on the market I knew who to call. Down to business. Selling an apartment in the current Auckland market was never going to be easy, but Charlotte never stopped working. She stayed positive, kept me informed, followed every opportunity and genuinely cared about getting me the best possible result. And she did! She worked incredibly hard right through to the end. I honestly can’t thank her enough for getting the (penthouse) across the line. If you’re considering selling your home, I couldn’t recommend Charlotte more highly. She deserves every bit of success that comes her way and I would choose her again in a heartbeat. Infact, now it's time to help find that other house haha. Thank you, Charlotte
