Charlotte was very pleasant to deal with and she reported weekly as agreed. A little more notice for some of the open homes would have been appreciated, however, overall a successful relationship getting the result we wanted.

I found Charlotte to be professional and friendly and she kept us up to date at all times. She had frequent open homes and marketed the house well. The market however was in decline during the period we were selling and ultimately we were disappointed with a price that fell well short of initial expectations. I’m not sure there was anything further Charlotte could have done however feel a 4 rating reflects our disappointment. I would certainly recommend her.
