Charlotte came across very professional, she was enthusiastic about our home and that is the reason why we chose her. Charlotte would always get back to us if we were communicating with her. She did tell us that she wouldn't be in touch all the time but definitely when there was something to tell. Her market knowledge seemed to be up to date and she worked very hard for us. We would recommend her and happily go with her again. Our house sold below our expectations but this was due to the market.
