Nice guy, super responsive, very transparent

First time buying a house in New Zealand and it was a great experience with Charlie. Nothing really to say other than it was easy. He was always available for viewings for information was very transparent and enjoyable to work with and ultimately helped us get our first home here in titahi Bay. So thanks for all your help.
