Chanelle White

In March 2019, We purchased a property in a Freedom Village and Chanelle White of Tall Poppy was the selling agent. Purchasing a property in a Village can be complex as their are three parties involved, the Seller, the Purchaser and the Village Management. Chanelle’s organisation, dedication and professional approach made the process a lot easier, her communication with all parties actually went beyond the normal tasks of a Real Estate agent, and enabled us to complete the purchase successfully. We recommend Chanelle to future Sellers and Buyers of property, and would have no hesitation in using Chanelle as an agent in the future.

In January 2019 my sister and I listed our house in Te Puke with Tall Poppy. Our dealings were initially with Logan but soon we transferred to Chanelle White and she was our agent right through to the conclusion on March 14. We were very pleased in all of our dealings with Chanelle and my sister and I both felt that in general things could not have been better in this regard and we commented that fact between us several times. Our property sale did indeed have some elements that were somewhat different from the normal and during this Chanelle was very professional and thorough and was very careful to ensure both parties communicated effectively and both parties were completely happy with the outcome. At all times Chanelle was cheerful, pleasant and polite and personally I noted her punctuality, which was something I appreciated. In summary I would not hesitate to recommend Chanelle for any further property transactions I may have.
