Chanelle is deeply passionate about real estate because, at its heart, it’s a people business. She genuinely loves connecting with people, understanding their stories, and guiding them through the process of selling what is often their biggest and most emotionally significant asset. For Chanelle, achieving a great result isn’t just about the sale — it’s about ensuring her clients feel understood, supported and confident every step of the way.
With a diverse background spanning sales, event management, teaching and running her own business for 11 years, Chanelle brings a rare blend of professionalism, creativity and empathy to real estate. Her early career as a professional ballet dancer with the Youth Dance Company of Tshwane and the South African Ballet Company shaped her strong work ethic and instilled values of discipline, dedication, resilience and perseverance — qualities she carries into every client relationship.
What truly sets Chanelle apart is her natural ability to connect with people on an emotional level. She has an exceptional talent for helping buyers and sellers alike see beyond the walls of a property — to envision how it can work for them, support their lifestyle and become a place they can truly call home. She is highly skilled at identifying and articulating each property’s unique opportunity, pairing a thoughtful, methodical approach with a warm, approachable and can-do attitude.
Chanelle is known for going above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients. She is committed to constant growth, regularly refining her skills through ongoing training, and consistently delivering a high standard of service. Those who work with Chanelle can expect genuine care, clear communication and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Outside of real estate, Chanelle finds joy in teaching dance to children of all ages and is a qualified Acrobatic Arts and Royal Academy of Dance teacher. She also enjoys gardening, LEGO building, craft and DIY projects. Alongside her husband, she supports Coastguard, and together they love spending time outdoors with their two children.
Having lived in East Auckland since moving to New Zealand from South Africa in 2008, Chanelle has a deep connection to the area and an intimate understanding of the local community — making it her specialty and a place she is proud to serve.
