As a buyer, Cass went out of her way to make sure we were looked after and accommodated. We original met Cass at another property where she arranged a special viewing. Unfortunately, that property wasn't the one for us. However, she took the time to listen to our feedback and recommended another property. Come auction day, she helped delay the auction sequence until we could arrive. Which we are super greatful for as we wouldn't be in the home we are now. Through several viewings Cas was always on time (even when we weren't) Post sale, Cass has helped us to clarify a few questions with the vendors around door codes and alarms etc. Highly recommend Cass as she is all class!
