I have dealt with probably over 30 estate agents in the past 5 years. Quite simply, Cary is the estate agent that has been the most down to earth and honest by far. He made my property purchase an enjoyable experience - and that is not the norm! All paperwork was sent immediately on request, viewing the property at short notice was also possible, but most importantly, any questions were answered fast and no matter how ridiculous these could have sounded to him, they were always answered with kindness. Cary has been honest, professional and a complete pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process of selling our rental property. He listened to us and understood we wanted our tenants looked after too whether they could stay in the property or if they had to find a new home. He took extra time to support the tenants and in the end all parties, even the buyer had the best outcome.
