Cary has been honest, professional and a complete pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process of selling our rental property. He listened to us and understood we wanted our tenants looked after too whether they could stay in the property or if they had to find a new home. He took extra time to support the tenants and in the end all parties, even the buyer had the best outcome. The photos Cary had taken to advertise the property were magnificent and the promotion of the property was very professional. As we lived out of town we were unable to meet face to face but that was never a problem, Cary kept us well informed and called with regular updates.
