We met Cary some years ago when we were interested in a property he was selling. We liked his honesty, his casual style, and his lack of 'pushiness'. We didn't purchase that property but were again impressed when Cary phoned us following the auction to let us know what it had sold for. We remembered Cary when it came time to sell and asked him to do an appraisal. Although the market was on the way down, he priced it for what he considered its true value which we were happy with, and as the market dropped further, he never once advised dropping the price. In the end, we made that decision with no pressure from Cary.
