We just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you so much for helping us with the purchase of our Waipu Green Estate section. Throughout the whole process you have been such a pleasure to deal with. You have been so professional, helpful and friendly, always honest & upfront about what you knew & didn't know, You worked really hard to make the process as smooth as possible and you were fantastic at communication & keeping us up to date with everything that was going on. Thank you again & all the very best.

Carleen was a very helpful and knowledgeable person to deal with. She was very helpful especially helping us sort out builders etc as we were from Auckland when we started the process of buying a section and not totally sure of what we were doing.

We purchased our first home (land) through Carleen; going into the process with very little knowledge of the terminology and process we were grateful to have Carleen to assist us. She was professional, approachable, and thorough in going over all the details with us and answering all our questions.

We are based in Wellington and were keen to purchase a property in Northland. Because of the geographical distance, we were aware of possible problems in communication, but happily, this was never an issue with Carleen. She was always available via the internet or phone and provided us with any answers to our many questions. Her knowledge of the surrounding area was excellent, as was her knowledge of what we needed to know regarding any conditions surrounding the purchase of the property; which for us was a clear indication of her professionalism, her honesty and reliability. To complete the deal, when the timing was an absolute priority, the extra efforts Carleen made to complete the contract signing was greatly appreciated. Apart from her obvious ability as a real estate agent, she is a genuinely lovely person who we knew had our best interests at heart.

We found Carleen an excellent person to deal with She was very helpful and understanding and did not put us under pressure regarding the property.we were contemplating buying The process ran smoothly thanks to Carleen. It was the first time we had dealt with her and we would gladly do so again Murray and Margaret

So pleased to have had Carlene to deal with when we bought our section. She was so easy to deal with and helped us go through the process with no complications, explaining all the things that we needed to know. We will be very happy to use her services again, thanks Carleen.

We found Carlern to be very professional and responsive to inquires and requests, She kept us up to date and guided us through to the end.

Carleen was excellent to deal with when selling our recent property. She kept us informed with effective communication about prospective interest in the property and up todate data. Carleen was very approachable and highly professional.

Carleen was very friendly and welcoming at the open home. Giving us a good rundown of what was in the home. She kept regular contact with us even after we were successful at the auction. Carleen has shown genuine interest even assisting in getting a fencing contractor to give a quote. When we had a problem with an extractor fan Carleen advised us who to contact. She has since followed up to make sure it has been fixed and we are happy. She certainly goes the extra mile.

Carleen went above and beyond to help me with the sale of my mums property. Carleen understood why we were selling and did everything she could to ensure a smooth transition for completion of listing to settlement. Carleen listened to what I needed and my situation and supported myself to ensure things went smoothly from start to finish. I personally recommend Carleen Still to anyone who is looking to sell their property.
