Carleen was fantastic to deal with. She was friendly and welcoming during the open home, she gave us all the information we required and more about the property and was honest with what was happening with the auction extension. She even stayed over an hour late after the end of the open home to allow us to have a builder inspect the property. Carleen's communication was perfect; if we needed to know anything then she was just a text or a call away and was quick to respond. When it came to the conditional offer toward the end of the process, she was great with relaying information to help us out but also looked after the best interests of the vender which I respect greatly.
