Carl was very aware of the difficult market & kept us advised . he took the time to explain various situations such as Open Homes, Advertising etc… this was very much appreciated as it was our first experience selling a property in New Zealand (We are from Seattle, USA). .Carl has the perfect. Personality for working with anxious sellers… and kept us in the right prospective. By the time our unit sold I felt we’d made a friend fro life.
