Carissa helped the reviewer sell this property

Great empathetic agent and excellent listener who got the job done in minimum time

This listing required a sensitive approach which Carissa delivered on 100%. She went out of her way to help solve issues and was a great problem solver with practical suggestions. She also got stuck in herself to help when needed. She remained professional at all times and kept the parties involved fully updated. I believe Carissa was the right agent for this sale and I am very grateful for her help.
