Genuine, proactive and friendly

We had a great experience working with Carissa while we bought a house sight unseen! Carissa met with my dad and brother who looked at the house for us and she kept in close contact throughout. She was upfront about any issues with the house and how the deadline sale process would work. When we were negotiating with the vendors there was no undue pressure or tricky negotiating tactics. Come settlement she made the process seamless and made us feel very welcome in our new community. Would definitely recommend Carissa to a friend or family member.
