We saw For Sale boards in our neighbourhood and opted to give Camilla an opportunity to help sell our home. Camilla stepped up to the challenge as we a tall order and financial constraints. Camilla worked with us - accommodating every request and going the extra mile. One day number 1, Camilla and Cindy had a game plan, explained it to us and started up a WhatsApp chat group which was used to keep us posted every step of the way. We were told daily what the plan was, what was happening - at no point, did we need to ask any questions as both ladies kept us posted all the time. C&C gave us market related feedback on sales in the area, market stats and guidance as to what we can expect to sell for. Within the 1st week, they had brought the "caravan" through and by close of business that day, we had feedback on what the agents thought & where they felt the price should be pinned. We were advised that they would hold 3 weeks of Open Homes both Saturday and Sunday and week number 4, the house would go to Auction. C&C were like "fortune tellers" because they hosted 3 weeks worth of open homes and the next week, our home went to Auction and sold. There is not enough words of praise for these ladies. Camilla & Cindy are a very dynamic duo who work very well together, are very professional, humble, hard working, very accommodating, use their iniative and go the extra mile. Always friendly with a smile, nothing is too big or too small - they handle it all, take it in their stride. Simply an AMAZING Team who are both an asset to the Ray White Takanini Team. Every question, email, text or phone call is answered promptly. If they don't know the answer, they chat to the powers that be and revert very quickly.
