One day number 1, Camilla and Cindy had a game plan, explained it to us and started up a WhatsApp chat group which was used to keep us posted every step of the way. We were told daily what the plan was, what was happening - at no point, did we need to ask any questions as both ladies kept us posted all the time. C&C gave us market related feedback on sales in the area, market stats and guidance as to what we can expect to sell for. Within the 1st week, they had brought the "caravan" through and by close of business that day, we had feedback on what the agents thought & where they felt the price should be pinned.
