It takes a quality real estate agent to sell a house for a good price in a slow market and Callum has what it takes. He gave us 100% focus all the way from listing to sale, there were no problems just solutions. A great communicator and a genuinely nice guy. I unreservedly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.
Callum has integrity; Callum was always honest with his opinions and advice, and respected my own. Callum was non-judgemental, committed and kind. I could trust Callum with my family home, where I’ve raised children, buried pets and made countless memories. Callum is worthy of his commission; Callum provided a unique service where he actually got his hands dirty and helped ready my home for sale. He responded immediately to all communication from me. He was thoughtful, patient and always professional. I am pleased to know my hard earned money will pass to Callum, Anna and their lovely young family. They deserve it! Callum Piesse is a rare and precious find amongst real estate agents. I have no hesitation endorsing Callum with my highest recommendation!
We highly recommend Callum, he was excellent to deal with during the selling process, we are extremely happy with his service and found him to go above and beyond our expectations. Callum was very patient and understanding with us during the entire process, available at any time to answer any questions we had
Callum took the effort to understand both his seller and us as a buyer, formed a connection with both so that open and honest discussions could be had, showing a great deal of patience and no arrogance. In a difficult time in the market with prices coming down he kept the deal alive and found a solution that worked for both. He did the hard work and both sides are happy and feel they got the right deal.
Callum exceeded my expectations from day one until the finish. He was very professional, efficient, and always delivers a surprisingly personable experience. His customer service is second to none. Communication was very clear throughout the whole process. I would recommend Callum to anyone looking at selling / buying
We had the privilege of dealing with Callum on our first home. He was always in an incredibly good mood which made every interaction positive and memorable. His communication was always excellent in regards to response times and working around your time schedule. When there was something we would ask that was not common knowledge or needed follow up, Callum would be sure to have a hasty response so there would be no unnecessary delays. As far as handover, Callum was incredible. His attitude towards making our first home purchase special meant we were completely satisfied with his service from start to finish and could not have been more grateful for his efforts in helping us make this happen. Thank you very much Callum and I would always highly recommend Callum to others when considering to list their home based on all of the above!
Our first home journey was quite a mission. I’ve been to many Open homes and I find Callum’s approach very special. He is quite friendly, transparent and quick with his processes. He knows the real estate game very well. He guided us like a friend to our first home and I recommend him highly to anyone looking to avail his services.
We had a good time exploring the house as Callum leads us every step of the way. He was so helpful and accommodating. Everytime we have some questions regarding the house he immediately answers us back or give us a call just to answer our queries. We will definitely recommend him to our family and friends. The house is wonderful and tidy. We love it.
Callum sold our house for us while we were based in the South Island! He arranged the staging of our house and video (he may end up working for TVNZ as a presenter, with his style and charisma!) and photographs. He even arranged for the carpet to be cleaned! He kept us fully informed throughout the process, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He promised to sell our house for us. He had an offer on the table in less than two weeks. We wish we had listed our house with him in the first place. We would recommend him to anyone wanting to make the difficult process of selling your house, as painless as possible.
We engaged Callum to market our property because, from the outset, he was very professional, friendly and enthusiastic. His marketing strategy was very comprehensive and spot on. He understood the market and put extra effort into reaching it at a time when both the housing market and the economy was in a period of rapid change. We had confidence in Callum because he has excellent communication skills and is great at following up on things. We found him honest and trusted his guidance. Real Estate is not just about buying and selling houses, it is about people's lives and Callum understands that. We highly recommend Callum as an agent and wish him and his family all the best for the future. Steve and Yvette
I've known Callum for many years and from the very first open home he was nothing but professional, welcoming and forthcoming with information. Communicating with Callum was a breeze, we were kept in the loop and our extra requests were easily handled. A point of difference to other agents was Callum's friendliness toward our children, he made the process as stress free as possible and provided some laughs along the way. We are very excited to settle into our new home and are thoroughly glad to have done this alongside Callum, we won't hesitate to recommend his service in the future.
Callum listened to us and made sure we felt in control. Excellent communication, fantastic advertising and professional attitude and manner all the way through. We appreciated his team volunteering to help stage and set up the home for marketing, cleaning inside and out. In the changing market he sought advice, offered various options, and his persistence paid off. He is genuine, honest, extremely hard working, approachable, and generous. We are extremely grateful and wish him every success.
