Locked into a variable rate with 2nd tier lenders and interest rates through the roof is very unsettling Main banks had locked their doors not fitting their criteria life because increasingly stressful. Only option was to sell. With an aggressive market I needed someone who was able to take control. I definitely needed a watchful professional eye on a fast changing market. Someone who could give me a just as aggressive exit plan was needed. Caleb provided me the security to off load immediately on our very first introduction. I remember the relief that came instantly. There was a plan set in motion and Caleb gave me back the confidence to trust him and "enjoy" the process. Challenges presented themselves along the way but regular communication guidance and outstanding professionalism won in the end. I could not have done it without his persistence to reach higher and get greater results then I imagined. He always left me felling in control and gave me all merit. I have really enjoyed working with Caleb during the sale of this home, he has been methodical in his communication, something that brought me comfort that I was in a pair of good steady and experienced hands, my thoughts were also clarified with the result on auction day.
Caleb kept us well informed before and during the sale process. The marketing campaign was about right for the property and we got a number of parties through the open homes. We had difficulties with the building report and Caleb worked with us on that and had some useful suggestions around how to approach buyers around that. We would however not use the recommended builder who did the report again. Over all in a buyers market we were happy with the result and would consider using Caleb again, especially out East.
