Caleb was so easy to deal with and very knowledgeable At the viewings he gave us enough space to view the place in our own time but also was a friendly face to quickly answer and questions Throughout the buying process Caleb replied promptly and got us any information needed in a timely manner Also with being first home buyers he explained in more detail a few of the processes which was very helpful Throughout the search for us buying a property because me and my partner where relatively young it was really nice to be taken seriously by the realestate agent. We found through other agency’s we were very much brushed over . We chose Caleb because we considered him to be a proactive salesperson, his marketing of a nearby home caught our attention. Caleb is a great communicator and kept us very well informed of progress re our marketing campaign and the level of interest that was being shown in our property. He got things done as he said he would and kept in touch. He supported us through the process with information and explained the auction process which we had not been involved with before. On his return from Xmas holiday he dropped in a bag of fresh cherries from his father's orchard - we thought that was a very nice personal touch. We wondered at times if Caleb was ambitious enough for us re the price we wanted for our land, but in reality he was probably just keeping our feet on the ground! I would use Caleb again if selling and I would recommended him based on all he did for us. Also impressed with Dan Pengelly, also from Harcourts and our Auctioneer. He was also very informative as well as being great fun to deal with.
Caleb has really good communication and responded promptly to any questions that we had along the way. He is great an answering his phone and if busy made sure to call back within a short timeframe. He was patient and explained various process calmly and well to us. We found Caleb to be a trustworthy person and would be happy to work with him again
Caleb was excellent from start to finish with his easy manner, advice and staging of the whole presentation of 964 Woodfield's Rd. I still like to review the place on memory stick. After speaking to the new buyers recently they are still delighted with their buy. Prior attempts with other agents failed miserably.
Purchasing a home for the first time can be rather nerve-wracking, it's a whole new world to jump into!
