Professional and caring
Bruce and Kim were very warm and professional. Their advice was great. I never felt at all pressured. They didn’t make crazy promises but were super-tenacious at getting the best deal for me. I felt really looked after. I can’t thank them enough for making what could’ve been an intimidating experience into a much easier process than I could have hoped.
