When it came time to look at selling our mothers property last December we contacted Bruce Hosking from Tall Poppies. Bruce gave us advice surrounding the market and what would be the most sensible approach selling a 1980’s property that was dated and in need of modernising. As both Jan and I live in Auckland it was critical we had an agent that knew the market and was prepared to work with us remotely and understood we were not in a position to do any major maintenance or renovation to facilitate a sale.
