From the outset Brooke presented herself in a professional manner. She is motivated and knowledgeable about how best to market and present your home to attract that optimum purchaser. Overall a great experience dealing with Brooke. I didn't ask Brooke about the Taupo market as i was impressed with the house she presented to me. She explained a number of features in the house and also about the neighbors willing to go half in the cost of the required fence. Brooke had an offer to present to the Vendors that day which she did however she said that there was interest from myself and i was coming to Taupo the next day. After the agreement had been signed i did have a few questions and Brooke came back to me VERY QUICKLY . Overall very happy with dealing with Brooke. She is very easy to deal with and nothing is a problem for her. I thought she acted very well for both the vendor and myself. I would use Brooke again if the need arises. THANKS
