I found the whole experience unsettling but Brian and Andrea were most thoughtful at my reaction. They are polite and professional. I'm just glad I'll never have to sell another house. I did mention the large and ugly Red Poppy sign. Suggest you look at other agent's signs. Also, having to drop the asking price a few times, especially as my expectations from the first "appraisal" price were completely shattered because of the downturn in property sales
When we were choosing a professional real estate agent our main criteria was "Must be able to Negotiate hard due to the market depressing again. Brian fit that bill nicely and does an excellent job of ensuring issues that could come back to bite you are highlighted. The high quality video tour and narration, house presentation advice and great communication were all just the icing on the cake. The marketing was spot on which was evident in the numbers turning up for the open homes. Brain did a great job sorting out the tire kickers from the serious buyers all the while providing heaps of stats and updates. Brian achieved a great sale in a shaky housing market. Would we engage with Brian again? Yes, we would.
