After viewing multiple open homes and going through the offer process a couple of times, I can say hands down that Brian has been the best. His communication was exceptional and he was always available to answer the questions we had as inexperienced home buyers. Brian has made the whole process less daunting than it needs to be and we would 100% look to buy and sell with him in the future.
Brian and Andrea achieved an amazing outcome in this market and as always were highly professional. They staged the house beautifully and went the extra mile with having all the relevant information for purchasers. That are the best and I strongly recommend anyway selling in this challenging market to speak to them. They get results!

Brian and Andrea are just awesome. With constant communication after every open home and updates when anything was happening, the focus was always on the vendor - we never had to wonder what was going on. They are good at reading the market and strategising to get the best outcome, we would definitely entrust our future property sales to them.
Working with Brian and Andrea was easy. We appreciated their patience with us as we were juggling a few balls at the time, and despite the changing market we are really pleased with the result. We would rate Brian's and Andrea's market knowledge, communication and professionalism highly. They did what they said they would do and finally got a result. We were a bit disappointed with the final sale price. We were in a rapidly declining market which meant it was challenging to match our expected selling price with what buyers were prepared to pay. We felt that once we had indicated that we would not accept a developer's offer that meant waiting a year for full payment, that we should have been told that a lower selling price was the best way to go. This took some time to happen. We were very pleased that we achieved a sale when we did!

Right from the beginning Brian and Andrea ensured everything was looked after; from the initial paperwork to staging suggestions to dealing with potential buyers. They were always professional, they always presented themselves well and they worked hard to sell our house.
