I decided to use Brett to sell my dad's house as he was referred to me by 2 neighbours and someone doing some work on the house. Brett came well recommended as someone who was fair and trustworthy. Both Brett and Sam got the job done for me, with a sales price that was acceptable and within the timeframe that I wanted to achieve. Brett was very good at keeping my feet on the ground, being realistic and being very clear what my fallback position might be. Sometimes I didn't really want to hear the not so good news, and in the end I didn't need the fall back, which was a great outcome. It was an emotional time for me and Brett understood that and gave me time when I needed it.
