The experience of selling our house has been really difficult. This is not the fault of the agent but due to circumstances surrounding crime and theft on our street and also personal financial constraints. We were not able to get anywhere close to the price we were hoping for, or the price which LJ Hooker anticipated we could achieve, and that was disappointing. However, despite all that, we are grateful to have sold the house under these difficult circumstances. Brett offered great pastoral support and was always clear in his communication.
