Brett Hammond

I met Brett Hammond early in 2024 when I put my house on the market in Doves Bay, Kerikeri. I found Brett very enthusiastic and helpful. I hadn’t occupied the property so some small things were pointed out by Brett and his colleague, one being some electrical work and as his son was an electrician he organised for his son to do the repair. Brett organised many open homes and made sure the property was opened up to air before the viewings and check everything was presentable. We had several possible viewers over time, with a couple of offers until an enthusiastic purchaser signed the contract. All through the process Brett stayed enthusiastic in selling the house with a determination that others would walk away on. I would thoroughly recommend Brett to sell my property and respect his honesty and help to sell any property.
