Highly professional!

Brendon and Louise Moore recently sold three properties belonging to an Estate, of which I am one of the Executors. We must commend Brendon and Louise on the results they achieved for us. The properties were sold “By Negotiation”, and they worked extremely hard for us as the vendors, and provided a high level of communication throughout the whole process. Brendon and Louise communicated well with all four Executors, and we felt fully informed and in control. Nothing was too much bother for Brendon and Louise, and we appreciated their very positive and upbeat attitude. We would, without doubt, use the services of Brendon and Louise again, and would certainly recommend them because of their professional and friendly service.

Brendon and Louise exceeded our expectations when they sold our property. They had great communication from the outset explaining the sale process, keeping us up to date throughout the sale campaign and lead up to the auction as well as after the auction. It was obvious they have a deep understanding of the industry and were across current market conditions. This knowledge particular shone through in their recommended marketing campaign. Whether you are buying or selling, you are truly in the best hands working with Team Moore!

If you are looking at purchasing or selling then look no further! Brendon and Louise were fantastic to deal with. They not only helped with the process of selling our home, they also kept a vigilant look out for a home to purchase. They are a no pressure duo and the process along the way was explained in-depth but in a way we understood.

Great people!!

After a very underwhelming experience with a previous agent/agency Brendon and Louise were like a breath of fresh air and we were so happy we switched to them. They worked tirelessly and thoroughly to sell our house and Louise's dedication and attention to detail was very much appreciated. They made the whole process so much less stressful than it had previously been and they continued to help us even after our property sold. We would not hesitate in recommending Brendon and Louise to anyone selling their lifestyle property......they get the job done.... and they are really nice people too😊😊

Worked their butts off!

Right from the beginning Louise and Brendon worked hard for us. Louise helped stage the photos, ran through all the paperwork/legalities and when it came to sale time, she was out running around getting agreements signed at 9pm! Brendon did a fabulous job of managing the open homes and when it came to negotiating the final price he really worked it for us. Great team to have on your side.

Collaborative Ease of Teamwork

Louise and Brendon Moore have been professional in their management of the sale but at the same time, personal and sensitive in their care for how the family were feeling about the sale of a dear family home. All the legal requirements were easily established for us and when issues needed to be resolved, Brendon and Louise kept us up to date with their ongoing contact. The best part in dealing with Louise and Brendon was their collaborative ease of teamwork. Their individual strengths were a great match and they easily combined the farm and home sale making sure the family were fully informed. Their combination of understanding vendors concerns, giving realistic feedback and positive advice was genuine and clear. Barfoot and Thompson put us first. They always made us feel we were priority and were accessible any time we required them. To my friends I would say if you would like to enjoy the process of selling your home, choose Brendon and Louise.
