Brendon & Louise made everything so easy right from the start. We had been searching for so long, but knew once we had seen this house it was "the one" Louise made sure it didn't feel like a burden, even after the 3rd request for a viewing! Louise helped us purchase a residential property in Pukekohe at a time when we were living in the Bay of Plenty at level 2 and Auckland was at level 3. We couldn’t get up to see the property, so Louise became our eyes. As well as the online photos Louise was able to FaceTime with us and take us through the house room by room. She was very thorough. Louise showed total dedication and professionalism throughout the whole process. Communication response was quick and Louise shared as much as she could about the property. We found her to be very honest, thorough and genuine and engaged in getting us a property.
