Impressed with Harcourts and particularly Brayden's team. The current market is very different from only 6 months ago. More availability, Rising interest rates and cost of living, etc. All this leads to a much slower market and downward pressure on sale prices. Brayden and the team marketed the property well and, I think, put good effort into the likely market segment. Would have liked a slightly better sale price but am happy to get completion.
