In a difficult market Brayden and his team eventually achieved a result for us. On the market for 3 months with no offers at all, limited open home foot traffic and at the eleventh hour as we were considering pulling the property, he secured a buyer and negotiated a sale. Communication throughout was good and as promised written weekly updates were provided. In an area for improvement, we would have preferred brief post open home completion updates / discussion that same afternoon or later that same evening every time though. Overall - Job done.
