I phoned Bram to see 8 Winiaita place he was very easy to talk to and it was not a problem showing us the house He also knew all about the house this house was going to be for my nephew so Bram was very friendly and kind to him. We missed out on the house as someone came in and offered anyway a few days past and I got a call from Bram saying the offer fell thru so we were very happy
