Persistency got the sale

Brad approached me for the listing by door knocking and when I decided to put the house on the market, Telos was the agency that won out over several others considered. My house was not an easy sale (not the standard 3-4 BR house) and Brad persisted and stayed with it. We switched up the advertising a number of times, until it hit the mark. Brad was considerate of our family life when organising private viewings and very helpful in arranging photos, staging, etc. Brad went out of his way to get the best price and spend significant time thinking about his negotiation strategy when there was a significant gap between offer and expectation. Overall, I can highly recommend Brad as a seller's agent.
